Privacy Policy for PriceRISK, an Android real price, promotion and shrinkflation calculator from GLERUS.
GLERUS LLP publishes PriceRISK, an Android app for understanding unit prices, promotion value, shrinkflation and bulk-buy traps. This policy applies to the PriceRISK app and the official PriceRISK pages on glerus.org.
PriceRISK does not require a user account. It is a calculator and education tool, not a shop, marketplace, payment processor, coupon service or price-tracking broker.
Users may enter product prices, package sizes, units, promotion rules, old and new package values, expected waste percentages or comparison scenarios. These values are used to calculate results on the device.
GLERUS does not ask you to submit these shopping examples to a GLERUS server and does not use PriceRISK to collect payment card details, store accounts, loyalty-card identities or purchase histories.
PriceRISK may store local preferences such as selected language, currency, units or recent calculator settings so that the app is easier to use. These preferences are intended to remain on your device.
If Android backups are disabled for the app, local preferences are not intended to be copied to cloud backup by GLERUS.
At the time of this policy, PriceRISK itself is designed around local calculation and does not require third-party advertising or in-app analytics operated by GLERUS to perform its core function.
The glerus.org website may use analytics cookies only after consent. Cookie choices are stored so that the site can remember whether analytics cookies were accepted or rejected.
If you download PriceRISK from Google Play, Google may process information according to Google Play and Android policies. GLERUS does not control Google Play account, payment or device-security processing.
External links, if present, are governed by the privacy policies of the relevant third parties.
Because price scenarios are intended to remain on the device, GLERUS does not maintain a central database of your PriceRISK calculations. If you remove the app or clear its local data, locally stored preferences may be deleted according to Android behaviour.
PriceRISK is intended for general consumer education and calculation use. It is not directed to children as a shopping service and it does not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
We may update this policy if the app, website or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
